Good pool, parking on site. Late check out. Great location at a short distance from Ubud Palace. Walking distance to a wide array of bars and restaurants.

The location is excellent, just a minute from the monkey forest. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family. We experienced some issues with the shower not working properly and felt that staff could be more attentive to room cleanliness.

The closeness to all the shopping and the staff were wonderful. Also the location in Ubud which I love. Thank you again for booking this for me. They also gave us an upgrade which was appreciated

The location is excellent, the bedding is 5 star, clean sheets, mattress fantastic, pillows 5 star
Breakfast with eggs being cooked should be faster rather than having to line up, you should have some cooked - fried, omlettes can be precooked if busy at breakfast time

The staff was friendly 😊, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Enjoyed watching monkeys from the balcony, but bathroom updates are needed. A charming stay! 🌴

We thought the staff in the hotel was the best! Very helpful and cheerful, rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean! A good hotel!
If you are scared of monkeys, then this hotel might not be a good option. Monkey Forest is on the other side of the hotel wall and they come and visit the premises, so a monkey around your breakfast table waiting to snatch food or just next to you trying to relax at the pool is normal.

Monkey vibes in Ubud 🐒🌴
The staff were so friendly and super keen to help out with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfy, and watching the monkeys chilling by the pool was a real hoot. Location's spot on, so close to everything!
The brekkie could've been better, a bit basic and sometimes cold.

Close to the Monkey Forest and has a nice swimming pool area.
Older hotel and rooms due for refurbishment. Basic breakfast with limited variety. Limited TV reception with only a few viewable channels. The monkeys are quite destructive - was awoken early each morning to the sound of roof tiles smashing as the monkeys knoched them to the ground (this could also be considered a positive for the entertainment value). It must be a constant battle to repair all of the damage.

The uniqueness of this hotel, is the morning entertainment provided by the monkeys which visit from the nearby Monkey Forest. They are not friendly, but its certainly a novelty to see them in action!
No hairdryer, quite basic (albeit large) bathroom facility.

We loved how spacious our room was, and the outdoor pool area was fantastic for the kids. The breakfast buffet offered delicious food and great coffee, really setting us up for the day ahead. It was amusing to see monkeys so close, with staff ready to keep them at bay so we could relax by the pool!

We are catalan honeymooners that spent some days in Ubud. The pictures from standard rooms are misleading, taken long time ago... In our room, (n. 212) the only good thing was the matress. Forniture is old, the front door could not be locked properly, the bathroom door had no knob, the bath had some rusty, mouldy parts, the toilet flush was not working well. Breakfast was very poor indeed, not much choice and low quality food. Worst in Ubud in four days. Waiters at the dinning room were quite useless, had to ask few times for some cutlery and it was taken to another table. Having monkeys eating your breakfast was sort of funny but stuff should pay more attention to it. Front desk proved several times to be not reliable at all and a bit unrespectful. It took one day to get something against mosquitoes for our room. On the other hand this hotels lacks of any friendly environment policy. Towels were replaced everyday eventhough they had not been used and once the room was cleaned in the morning the lights were not turned off, they were the whole day on.
